Happy birthday - endlich ein Handy

last but not least: I wanted to take part at the challenge of scrapping 4 fun with the challenge #94: birthday!   And tomorrow is the last day!

I had no idea, how to create this birthday layout. So, I had a look around the other challenges and I found the july-challenge of Altenew Scrapbook blog: They have a sketch and color challenge:
