I used an older paper from BoBunny (it was one of the winter collections and the back of the paper fits perfect with the shirt of my daughter). 

I really love these thicker words! The butterflies are cut out from a Vicky Boutin paper.

Für den Titel habe ich weißen Cardstock mit goldener Acrylfarbe eingefärbt und dann den Text mit der Cameo ausgeschnitten.

I love winter

It's summer here in Germany, but who feels like creating summer layouts all the time? 😉 I saw the winter challenge at off the rails scrapbooking and decided to join in. And I had so much fun in creating this layout with all the blues!

elf - happy birthday

A new layout is done! 😉 I used the challenge from CSI and Sketches in Thyme as inspiration:

And scrap the girls have a birthday-girl challenge on their blog.

From the evidence of CSI , I used: solid cardstock - cut files - washi tape - vase shape - "hand"-drawn elements - combination of colorful pattern and black patterned paper

These flowers in vases are inspired by the scene picture and I really love them.

I created this cutfile with the programme of my silhouette cameo.

Da mir der Title "comfortable" nicht so gut gefallen hat, habe ich das Wort einfach ins Deutsche übersetzt: bequem.

I wanted to use a German title, so I translated the word "comfortable" -> "bequem"

Den Titel habe ich mit meiner Cameo aus Cardstock und dicker Pappe ausgeschnitten. Dann habe ich beides zusammen geklebt, damit der Titel stabiler wirkt. 

I used cardstock and cardboard to cut out the title with my cameo. Then I stick them both together to get a more steady effect.

Blumenranke habe ich mit der Cameo ausgeschnitten und mit mintfarbenem Cardstock hinterklebt. Die Schmetterlinge sind Rub ons aus meinem Fundus.

I cut the flower wreath with my cameo and backed it with mint cardstock. The butterflies are rub ons from my stash.

Die Herzen sind Aufkleber aus der "Belive"-Serie von BoBunny.

The hearts are stickers from the "believe"-pack from BoBunny.

I chose some pictures of my daughter, playing melodica in the school. 
for my background, I used a cut file from just Nick and backed it with a colorful paper from the BoBunny Collection "believe". With this cut file and the bright colors, you don't need much embellishments for decoration...

Lasting Memories: snow days

It's sunday again and time for a new challenge at lasting memories!
This month we have some color challenges for you!

Today: LM #380 - Color Me Happy - Blues - use the colors below as the primary colors on your layout. Blacks, whites, neutrals are all a given.

I decided to use an older background paper from BoBunny. It fits perfect with my blue and white pictures. 

Let us see, what you create with these great colors (I really love blue!)

 Der Weihnachtsstress lässt noch ein bisschen auf sich warten und ich habe hin und wieder Zeit, ein neues Layout zu gestalten. Heute habe ich mir die akutelle Challenge von CSI-color stories inspiration vorgenommen. Dieses Mal haben mir die Farben besonders gut gefallen!

I had some space time in all the christmas stress and I used it to create a new layout. I used the actual challenge of CSI-color stories inspiration as inspiration.  This time I really love the colors!

Zudem möchte ich an der Tic-Tac-Toe-Challenge von Scrap our Stash teilnehmen:
Ich habe die untere Reihe genutzt: Rahmen - die Farbe grün - Pailletten

And I want to join in the tic tac toe challenge of Scrap our Stash. 
I used: frame - the color green - sequin 

Als Hintergrund habe ich hellblau gemustertes Papier von BoBunny verwendet. Hinter den Fotos habe ich mit grünem und silbernem Farbspray und Verpackungsfolie etwas Farbe verteilt. Nachdem ich die Fotos platziert hatte habe ich Framelits als Schablone benutzt, um Kreise aufzumalen. Entlang dieser Kreise habe ich mit einer dicken Nadel Löcher gestochen und Brads eingesetzt. Ich finde das gibt einen wirklich tollen Effekt! Die Aufkleber sind aus meinem Fundus.Der Titel ist mit der Cameo ausgeschnitten (Schriftart: unicorns are awesome).

I used blue patterned paper from Bobunny as my background. Behind the photos I splotched some green and silver color spray.  After placing the photos, I  used my framelits as template to draw the circles. Then I pricked little holes with a thick needle along the circles and put the brads into them. I really love the effect! The stickers are from my stash. The title is cut with my cameo (font: unicorns are awesome).

Lasting Memories: snow

So, es wird Zeit für die zweite Challenge bei Lasting Memories, die ich als Gastdesignerin gestaltet habe. Auch hier gibt es heute eine Sketch-Challenge:

Now, it's time for the second challenge at lasting memories, where I am a guest designer this month. There is a sketch challenge, too:

Ich habe den Sketch gespiegelt und dieses Winterlayout gestaltet:

I flipped the sketch and created another winter layout: 

 

Der Titel ist eine Datei aus dem Silhouette Design store, den ich aus weißem Cardstock ausgeschnitten und mit goldenem Farbspray besprüht habe.

The title is a cut file from the silhouette design store. I cut it out from white cardstock and sprayed it with golden colour spray. 

Den Kreis habe ich noch mit goldenem Faden fest genäht. Die Schneeflocken sind Framelits von Tim Holtz

I machine stitched around this circle with golden thread. The snowflakes are framelits from Tim Holtz.

Lasting Memories: Kappl 2017

Heute beginnen die Dezember-Challenges bei Lasting Memories und ich darf wieder Gastdesignerin sein! Diesen Monat geht es um das Thema Weihnachten und Winter.
Zu Beginn gibt es eine Farbchallenge:

Today, the december challenges are starting at lasting memories and I am allowed to be a guest designer again! Yeah! This months theme ist christmas and winter.
We start with a color challenge:

Als Hintergrund habe ich einen Bogen aus der "Whiteout"-Kollektion von BoBunny gewählt. Jedes Papier der Serie hat Glitterelemente. Bei diesem hier glitzern die Worte auf der rechten Seite. Ich habe meine Bilder links oben platziert, um noch genug Platz für den Titel zu haben, da das die Startseite zu unserem Winterurlaub sein soll. Den Bereich hinter den Fotos habe ich mit Gesso grundiert. Danach habe ich mit türkisem Farbspray einige Akzente gesetzt. Die Fotos sind mit Papierresten aus derselben Kollektion wie das Hintergrundpapier hinterlegt. Den Titel habe ich mit meiner Cameo ausgeschnitten und ich habe versucht, eine Schriftart zu finden, die der auf dem Papier ähnelt. Als Dekoration habe ich einige Print&cut-Elemente und Schneeflocken aus Transparentpapier (mit den Schneeflockenframelits von Tim Holtz und der Big Shot ausgeschnitten) verwendet. 

I used a patterned paper from the "whiteout"-Set from BoBunny for my background. Each paper of this set has some glitter details. This one has sparkling words on the right side. I placed my photos on the left top of my layout, because, I wanted to have some space for my title. Behind my photos, I smoothed down the background words with white gesso and put some turquoise color spray onto it. The photos are backed with scraps from the same collection as my background paper. The title ist cut out with my cameo and I tried to find a font, that is similar to the letters on the paper. For decoration, I used some print&cut elements and vellum snowflakes (they are cut out with framelits from Tim Holtz and my big shot).
