Today I was inspired by the cold case file of  CSI- color stories inspiration.

I created a grid design with nine elements and I used the yellow and turquoise from the scene.

I created some dimension with the chipboard stickers and the precut cards.

And I used a shaker element.

Method:

 First take 3 photos, add 2 stripes of washi tape, mix it up with a spoon of sequins, let it cook slowly with some paint and serve it with a sprinkling of hearts.

The next "technique"-challenge at Lasting Memories is online! Today we want to see some mess on your layouts! Use paints, mists and / or watercolors!


I used the sketch from Stick it down, cause I saw it and I loved it!

First I wanted to splash some pink mists onto my background, but I didn't like how it turned out. So I decided to use pink acrylic paint and created some stripes behind my photos.

And I want to take part at the actual challenge of CSI:

I used from the evidence: stripes - frame - flower - triangle - sth. shiny (the candles and sure: my girl! ;-) )



The "happy" stamp is from Altenew tha I stamped with grey distress oxide and fussy cut out.

This flower cluster is from SF-Stamps. I stamped it on white cardstock, colored it with Twinklings H2O and fussy cut it out.

Pfannkuchen Raclette

We have a new challenge at Lasting Memories for you: October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Show us a way that you help out this worthwhile cause or just use lots of pink on your layout.

I used lots of PINK and created a birthday layout. The kids had a lot of fun to eat pancakes that we made in a raclette grill. The balloon cutfile is from Paige Taylor Evans.

Für mein Layout habe ich ganz viel Pink verwendet und einige Bilder eines Kindergeburtstags meiner Tochter verscrappt. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß dabei, Pfannkuchen aus dem Raclettegrill zu essen!

glücklichperfekten Geburtstag

A new challenge at the Studio Challenges is online! This month we want to see numbers on your layouts! Come on and play with us!

I took some inspiration from the actual casefile of CSI!

From the testimony I used: white background - leaves - stamps - numbers

I used a numbers cutfile and cut it out of white cardstock with my cameo. I documented the 12th birthday of my daughter, that's why I colored the 1 and the 2 with mint gilding polish.

I used some of the wonderful pinkfresh stamps.

And I used a stamp from creative.depot with sind awesome quote!

I found some transparent stickers from one canoe2 in my stash, stuck it on white cardstock and fussy cut them out. Then I cut out some leaves with my cameo and colored them with gilding polish.

elf - happy birthday

A new layout is done! 😉 I used the challenge from CSI and Sketches in Thyme as inspiration:

And scrap the girls have a birthday-girl challenge on their blog.

From the evidence of CSI , I used: solid cardstock - cut files - washi tape - vase shape - "hand"-drawn elements - combination of colorful pattern and black patterned paper

These flowers in vases are inspired by the scene picture and I really love them.

I created this cutfile with the programme of my silhouette cameo.

Eine neue Challenge bei challenge up your life ist online! Das Thema heute: Geschenkverpackung

A new challenge at challenge up your life is online! We want to see gift wraps!


Auch wenn das Thema Geschenkverpackung ist, konnte ich es nicht lassen, ein Layout dazu zu machen! Ich habe einfach Fotos verwendet, auf denen meine Tochter kleine Geschenkschachteln bastelt. :-)
Hierzu habe ich den Sketch von Sketch N Scrap verwendet: 

Ok, the assignment is "gift wrap", but I wanted to do a layout. So I decided to use some photos of my daughter where she created some gift wraps. :-)
For my layout I used the sketch from Sketch N Scrap:

Und das ist nun das Layout. Ich habe dieses farbenfrohe Konfettipapier von Doodlebug design als Hintergrund gewählt, das ich auf einen hellrosa Cardstock genäht habe.

Schon wieder sind 2 Wochen um und bei challenge up your life gibt es einen neue Challenge!
Das Thema diesmal: #77 Pfeile

Two weeks are passing by again and a new challenge at challenge up your life ist online!
The theme is: #77arrows 

Heute habe ich eine Seite im Format 8x8 inch gestaltet. Als Hintergrund habe ich Kraft-Papier verwendet. Darauf habe ich mit meiner Cameo Pfeile (Datei von the cut shoppe) gezeichnet und diese mit Twinklings H2O ausgemalt. Auch der "happy"-Pfeil ist mit der Cameo gezeichnet und anschließend ausgeschnitten. Der Birthday-Stempel ist von Altenew.

Today, I created an 8x8 inch Page. I used kraft-paper as my background. Onto this, I drawed some arrows with my cameo (cut file from the cut shoppe) and coloured them with twinklings H2O. The "happy"-arrow is drawed and cut with my cameo.The birthday-stamp is from Altenew.

Happy birthday - endlich ein Handy

Lasting Memories GDT: Happy campers

This month, I dare to be a guest-designer at Lasting Memories. I love the challenges this month!
The first one is: document an outdoor adventure or use outdoor adventure themes on the layout.

I decided to create a layout about the birthday party of my daughter. We had a big tent to sleep in for one night and all the kids helped to build the tent. It was a really great fun!
I used an olive-green paper with woodgrain as my background. The title is made with print and cut and my cameo. The tents are a cut file from the cut shoppe.

10 - happy Birthday

Today, I did something, I would do for a long time: making a shaker-Layout! And I think, it turned out great!
I used the inspiration from Lasting Memories: BIG Number made of small things!

And I used the pretentious challenge from CSI: 

I love the combination of the colours!
I cutted out a big 10 with my cameo. For the "window", I used laminate foil (laminated without Paper, only the foil). First, I glued it down, then I machine stitched around it. 
I used these items: cloud (from the cut shoppe), flowers (SF-Stamps), Banner (Happy Birthday) and word/sentence stickers. From the testimony, I decided to use one of the questions (What did you do for your last birthday?)
 

And I want to join in to the tic-tac-toe-challenge of scrap our stash:

I used the middle line: the color yellow - cloud - paper clip

Snapshots

Heute habe ich mir den Sketch von Scrapbook-Werkstatt vorgenommen. Schon als ich ihn gesehen habe, dachte ich: das ist ja ein toller Sketch! Echt mal wieder was anderes! Es war zwar ein bisschen schwierig, Fotos zu finden, die ich so klein zuschneiden konnte, ohne, dass etwas wichtiges verloren geht, aber: ich habe es geschafft! Und ich muss sagen, es gefällt mir gut!

Hier ist der tolle Sketch von Zsoka Marko: 

Ich habe mir diverse Scribbel-Kreise aus meinen Datein raus gesucht und mit der Cameo ausgeschnitten. Die Fotos habe ich mit Foam-Pads hinterlegt, damit es etwas dreidimensionaler wirkt. Danach habe ich die verschiedenen Kreise noch etwas dekoriert (Stempel, Embossing, Ephemera, gemustertes Papier...). Der Schriftzug "Snapshot" ist ebenfalls aus meinen Dateien. Den Text habe ich ebenfalls von meiner Cameo schreiben lassen ;-) (Schriftart: Post it pen script).

Scrapbook Forever: 2. Geburtstag

Gestern war ich bei Silke und habe die nagelneuen SF-Stamps bekommen, um einige Layouts damit zu kreieren. Und heute habe ich mich gleich mal auf das Set "schön dass es dich gibt" und "endlich Urlaub" gestürzt. 
Die Palme habe ich mit dunkelgrün (Versafine) auf den weißen Cardstock von American crafts gestempelt. Dieser Cardstock eignet sich super zum Stempeln, weil er eine schöne, glatte Oberfläche hat. Mit Colorbox-Stempelfarben habe ich den restlichen Hintergrund gestempelt und auch die Schmetterlinge coloriert. Hierzu habe ich die Farbe vom Stempelkissen mit einem Wassertankpinsel aufgenommen und die Stempel damit ausgemalt. Anschließend habe ich sie ausgeschnitten und aufgeklebt. Die Hibiskusblüten habe ich ebenso gemacht. Zum Schluss habe ich den Titel mit der Cameo ausgeschnitten (Schriftart: Boller Typeface).

happy 7th birthday

For the challenge of lasting memories and the studio challenges I did another birthday-layout today. I used lots of numbers (both blogs have the challenge: use lots of numbers...) especially the 7 - cause it was the 7th birthday of my daughter (surprise, surprise ;-)  ). I designed a flip page, cause I didn't want to make more than one page for the birthday-morning theme.
And this is it :-)

Winter fun

It's challenge time!
I had so many fotos from the bithday of my daughter last year. Perfect for the sketch of sketch N scrap!  

 

This ist my layout and  love, how it turned out. I decided to use the color brown for these snow-fotos and take part at the 123-challenge. There the assignment was: 1. the color brown, 2. the word fun and 3. borders.
