Heute zeige ich euch ein Layout passend zur Challenge von off the rails scrapbooking:

Today I'll show you a layout with this moodboard from off the rails scrapbooking:

Ich habe viele der Federn von SF-Stamps auf weißen Cardstock gestempelt und ausgeschnitten. Dahinter habe ich mit den oxide-Stempelkissen violet, seedless preserves, broken china und chipped sapphire Farbe auf den weißen Hintergrund geschmiert, mit Wasser besprüht und runter laufen lassen.

First I stamped lots of feathers from SF-Stamps onto white cardstock and fussy cut them out. Then I smudged some of the distress oxides (violet, seedless preserves, broken china and chipped sapphire) behind them onto my white background, sprayed water onto it and let the water ran down. 

Nachdem ich die Federn etwas fest geklebt habe, habe ich noch mit goldenem Faden darüber genäht.

After gluing down the feathers, I machine stitched through them with golden thread.

I want to take part at the challenge of paper issues (fussy cutting).

I cut out a wreath cutfile from Just Nick with my cameo and decorated it with some pine cones from the SF-Stamp set "fröhliche Weihnachten".

I love winter

It's summer here in Germany, but who feels like creating summer layouts all the time? 😉 I saw the winter challenge at off the rails scrapbooking and decided to join in. And I had so much fun in creating this layout with all the blues!

Lagerfeuer

Today, I created a layout for the challenges of Stick it down and off the rails scrapbooking:
Stick it down has a great Sketch, I decided to use: 

And off the rails scrapbooking has a very inspiring moodboard. When I saw it, I know immediately which pictures I want to scrap!

And this is my layout: I used black cardstock as my background and did some handstitching like the sketch is shown. Then I stuck lots of tiny circles, hearts and flowers onto my layout. I love the rainbow effect!

Mühlauer Klamm

So, heute habe ich mal wieder Zeit gehabt, ein Layout für ein paar challenges zu kreieren.

Today, I had some space time to create a new layout for some challenges.


Zuerst habe ich mir den Sketch von Sketches in Thyme vorgenommen:

Und das Moodboard von off the rails Scrapbooking wollte ich auch unbedingt umsetzen:

Als Hintergrund habe ich graues Designpapier verwendet.Im mittleren Bereich habe mit weißem Gesso grundiert und mit Farbspray (Heidi Swapp teal und salmon) Akzente gesetzt. Zwischen meinen Fotos habe ich zuerst mein Journaling geschrieben, dann habe ich eine Projekt-Life-Karte aus Acryl darüber gelegt, fest genäht und mit Pailletten und kleinen ausgestanzten Herzen gefüllt. Die Blumen sind Aufkleber zum selbst colorieren von Stampin up. Das schwarz-weiß hat super zum Thema gepasst. Die Kreisstempel sind von Anne Design.

I used grey patterned paper as my background. In the middle I grounded it with some white gesso and used color spray from Heidi Swapp (teal and salmon) onto it. First. I wrote my journaling between my photos, then I layed an acrylic project life card onto it, machine stitched around it and filled it with some sequins and small punched hearts.

we're having a good time

Last but not least I finished the last layout for the Sketches in Thyme line:

And I decided, to solve the challenge of off the rails scrapbooking. They have a colorful moodboard this month:

First I created a colorful background paper: I used a stencil from scrapmatts and transparent texture paste. When the circles were dry, I created the colorful stripes: I stick some post-it papers onto the cardstock and colored line by line with distress oxides and a blending tool. 

And this is the finished layout. I love how it turned out with all the bright colors!

hello there

So, die stressigen Tage sind vorbei und für die Designteams habe ich schon etwas vorgearbeitet. Also habe ich mir heute die Challenge von off the rails scrapbooking und meine neuen Stempel von SF-Stamps vorgenommen....

puh, the strenuous days are over and I've already done some design team layouts. So, I was ready for the new challenge at off the rails scrapbooking:

Es ist schon einige Zeit her, dass meine Mädels noch Babys waren, aber ich habe ein wirklich süßes Bild von meiner Kleinen gefunden...  
Als Hintergrund habe ich weißen Cardstock verwendet. Für die Klekse in der linken unteren Ecken habe ich meine distress oxide Stempelkissen (worn lipstick and broken china) auf ein Stück Verpackungsfolie gekleckert, mit Wasser besprüht und dann auf dem Cardstock verteilt. Damit sich die Farben übereinander legen und nicht mischen habe ich sie immer erst mit einem Embossingfön getrocknet, bevor ich die andere Farbe aufgetragen habe.  Dann habe ich mit schwarzer Versafine Stempelfarbe die Herbstpusteblume und den Schnörkel gestempelt und mit schwarz embosst, damit es etwas glänzt. Die Blätter habe ich nur in schwarz aufgestempelt. Ich liebe die feine Textur der Blätter! Der Schriftzug ist eine Datei von the cut shoppe. Ich habe sie mit hellblauem Cardstock ausgeschnitten und mit rosa Transparentpapier hinterlegt. 

Several years gone by, since my girls were babies, but I found a really cute photo of my daughter....
I used white cardstock as my background. The splatters are made of distress oxides (worn lipstick and broken china), that I put on a piece of plastic packaging, sprayed with water and spread it on my layout. Then I stamped the autumn dandelion and the swirl and embossed it with black embossing powder for more gloss. The leaves are stamped with black versafine color. I love the fine texture of the leaves! The title is a cut file from the cut shoppe, that I cut out with blue cardstock and backed it with pink vellum.

Family time

Auch heute habe ich wieder ein Layout für zwei der aktuellen challenges fertig gestellt:

Als Hintergrund habe ich heute dunkelgrauen Cardstock verwendet. Darauf habe ich eine relativ große Menge Gesso verteilt, damit das weiß schön deckend ist. Dann habe ich mit dem Gesso noch einige weiße Klekse gespritzt. Nachdem alles getrocknet war, habe ich  etwas pinker Sprühfarbe auf dem Gesso verteilt. Die Fotos habe ich mit Resten aus rosa und grauem Papier hinterlegt. Hinter den Flamingo (Datei von the cut shoppe) habe ich noch einige Streifen Papier und washi-Tape geklebt. 

Today, I used dark grey cardstock as my background. Then I smudged lots of gesso on the cardstock and splattered some of the white gesso around. After drying, I sprayed some pink color spray onto the gesso. The photos are backed with scraps of pink and grey cardstock. Behind the flamingo (cut file from the cut shoppe), I sticked some paper strips and washi tape.

exotischer Besuch II

Today I was inspired by the challenge of off the rail scrapbooking. The assignment this month is this moodboard:

I have never been in Africa but last year in denmark, we met an elephant at our parking lot. Certainly I had to take some pictures and now they are perfect for this challenge!

In addition to this, I used the actual sketch from creative scrappers:

And this is my layout. I love the orange splotches and the feathers!
