Sirmione

Today, I wanted to try an other style. A little bit more shabby and with more stamps.
In addition to this, I was inspired by the challenge of csi - color stories inspiration. I love these challenges! First, I thought, they are too difficult, but now, I really love them!

I used these items: book pages - flowers - cursive font - watercolor

I was inspired by the words: hello, happiness, relax: I choosed sightseeing pictures from our trip to Sirmione. It was a happy and relaxing journey.

lasting memories GDT: Go see do

Hello scrappy friends! This month, I dare to be a guest designer at Lasting memories. Today, the challenge is:

Show us your 4th of July adventure! If you didn't have an adventurous American holiday, or are not American, then show some red, white, and blue ,or add  some sparkle to your layout!

I'm not American, so I used the colors red, blue and white and did a vacation layout. The cut files are from just nick (the background and the words). I backed the letters with vellum, that I half coloured with red watercolour. I love, how the words are coming out!

challenge up your life: mer

Hallo zusammen! Heute gibt es wieder eine neue Aufgabe bei Challenge up your life!
Ein total cooles Moodboard! So schöne Farben!

Hi scrappy friends! Today, there is a new challenge at challenge up your life -blog!
It's a really cool moodboard with such pretty colors!

When I saw this moodboard, I couldn't stand to create a beachy layout! It based on a white background and several blue cardstock, that I teared. It looks a little bit like waves, doesn't it? The seashells are my favourite stamps from Scrapbook Forever, again... and as a little joke, I stamped one of the starfishes red ;-). The other embellishments are from the set "vue sur mer" from toga.

exotischer Besuch II

Today I was inspired by the challenge of off the rail scrapbooking. The assignment this month is this moodboard:
I have never been in Africa but last year in denmark, we met an elephant at our parking lot. Certainly I had to take some pictures and now they are perfect for this challenge!

In addition to this, I used the actual sketch from creative scrappers:

And this is my layout. I love the orange splotches and the feathers!

Thank you for your visit today!

explore

Auch diesen Monat gibt es bei der Scrapbook-Werkstatt einen neuen Sketch:

Da ich kein großes Foto hatte, habe ich mich für 4 kleine entschieden. Und das ist das Ergebnis:

This month, I found an inspiring challenge at more than words:

I think it matched very well with the sketch!

Lasting Memories GDT: Happy campers

This month, I dare to be a guest-designer at Lasting Memories. I love the challenges this month!
The first one is: document an outdoor adventure or use outdoor adventure themes on the layout.

I decided to create a layout about the birthday party of my daughter. We had a big tent to sleep in for one night and all the kids helped to build the tent. It was a really great fun!
I used an olive-green paper with woodgrain as my background. The title is made with print and cut and my cameo. The tents are a cut file from the cut shoppe.

Thank you for stopping by and let's see, what you created!

Stuck?! Sketches: cool in the pool

Today, I'm sharing a layout, that I created for Stuck?! Sketches as a Guest-Designer.

This is the sketch for july:

And this is my layout:

I took a blue paper with blue dots as my background. I had a "cool" cut file from the cut shoppe with these stripes. With my studio-programme I edited the word and put away the outlines. Then I cutted the stripes with my cameo and backed them with pink paper. The word "pool" is a cutfile from the silhouette store. The photos are backed with blue and pink scraps. Behind them, I smudged some white gesso and splattered some pink and blue color. At least, I did some decorations with ephemera, stamps, twine and washi-tape.
