Today, I'm sharing a layout I created to join in to some challenges. First I choosed a sketch from the Altenew Blog:
And there was an interesting receipe-challenge at the Studio challenges:
there's a list of items to include in the layout:
Paint
Hand sewing
Fussy cutting
A Frame
Buttons
Pink
And last but not least, I was inspired by the challenge of Lasting Memories. The monthly theme ist BIG pictures and the second challenge was to use baker's twine to create a BIG shape on the layout.
And this is the result:
I choosed black cardstock as my background paper. Then I smuged some gesso and heidi swapp shimmer paint on it. With my cameo, I draw the outlines of a cut file from the silhouette store on the paper. Then I did some hand-stitching around it. It tooks a little time, but I think, it's turning out great. Then I stamped some of these great lilys from Altenew. I love these layered stamping! It looks so dimensional! I fuzzy cut them out and decorate them on my layout.
Thank you for your visit today!
