I used black cardstock as my background and created some stars with a stencil and embellishment mousse from nuvo. Then I selected all my word stamps with my wishes for the new year, stamped them on colored cardstock and cut them out. I decorated the words around my photos.

Hello scrappy friends! It's the last day of the year and my first day as a member of the design team of lasting memories! I am so excited!
This month we have some word challenges for you!
The first one is: use the word: Happy!
It's cold and rainy outside and I decided to scrap these summer photos! It was a really happy time at the beach buildung sandcastles!
I used light turquoise cardstock as my background and did some color work with distress oxide, water and plastic packaging.
The word "Happy" is a cut file from just nick that I backed with several patterned papers.

Trotz Weihnachtsstress, habe ich mich heute an ein neues Layout gemacht. Ich musste unbedingt die neuen Blätterstempel von SF-Stamps ausprobieren.
Hierzu habe ich mir den aktuellen Sketch von Sketch N Srap:
Today I found some time to create a new layout. I had to use these new leaf stamps from SF. And I used the actual sketch from sketch N scrap:
Ich habe die Blätter auf weißen Cardstock gestempelt und ausgeschnitten.
I stamped the leaves onto white cardstock and fussy cut them out.

It's sunday again and time for a new challenge at the studio challenge blog!
The assignment today:Sparkle and Shine; for this challenge we want to see your layouts with things that shine and sparkle this could be glitter, metallics, gems etc.
I used the beautiful xoxo cut file from just nick and backed it with light green glitter paper. This is perfect with the cute photos of my sweet girls!

This is my last layout as guest designer for Lasting Memories in december!
The assignment today is to use more than two photos on your christmas or winter layout!
For my layout, I choosed photos from a music lesson of my daughter at christmas. I cut out a big star and made a little mess with golden and red embossing powder on it. Then I machine stitched it onto my white background. The other stars are made with a stencil, distress inks and background stamps.

Dieses Jahr habe ich Weihnachtskarten mit Licht gebastelt! Man kann sie aufklappen und ein elektrisches Teelicht dahinter stellen.
Die Auflegerpapiere habe ich mit Distress oxides eingefärbt und mit Wasser besprüht, um den Schneeeffekt zu erzielen. Den Stern habe ich mit Framelits und der Big Shot ausgeschnitten. Diesen habe ich dann mit Transparentpapier hinterlegt, das ich vorher mit dem Weihnachts-Hintergrundstempel von SF-Stamps bestempelt habe. Als Dekoration habe ich diese netten Wichtel ausgewählt. Zum Schluss habe ich den Schriftzug "fröhliche Weihnachten" in Gold embosst.

So, heute habe ich mir den Sketch von Stuck?! Sketches vorgenommen. Eigentlich sind Papierstreifen oder auch Washi-tape-Streifen nicht so mein Ding, aber das Ergebnis gefällt mir jetzt echt gut!
Today, I decided to use the actual sketch from Stuck?! Sketches. Normally, I'm not a fan of paper strips or washitape, but I must confess, that I love the result!
Als Hintergrund habe ich hellblauen Cardstock verwendet. Danach habe ich weißen Cardstock mit Distress oxides (twisted citron und broken china) und dem blending tool eingefärbt und in verschieden breite Streifen geschnitten. Nun habe ich die einzelnen Streifen mit verschiedenen kleinen Stempeln von SF-Stamps bestempelt und hinter meinem Foto drapiert. Für das blaue Papier mit den Kreisen habe ich weißen Cardstock verwendet und den Embossingfolder (Sizzix Texture Fades ) mit Distress oxides eingefärbt. Den Schriftzug habe ich mit Buchstabenstempeln direkt auf den Hintergrund gestempelt und mit den Kleksstempeln von SF-Stamps ein paar Akzente gesetzt. Als Dekoration habe ich das Blumenbouquet aus dem Set "Es gibt viele Dinge" verwendet.

After that, I decorated them with several small stamps from SF-Stamps and arranged them behind my photo. I used white cardstock and colored the embossing folder (Sizzix Texture Fades ) with distress oxides to create the blue paper with the circles. The title ist stamped with letter stamps directly on my background. Then I made some highlights with the splotch stamps from SF-Stamp. I used the flower from the "Es gibt viele Dinge"set for my decoration.
